We assist Organizations, NGO’s in documentation which includes developing project proposal, writing case studies, project implementation report. We do research on important issues of community concerns. The consultants have wide experience of doing project evaluations which may be either mid-term or final project evaluation. Our team organizes need based, tailor made training for project implementers or organizational leaders (leadership development and governance). Over the years we have facilitated organizational development (OD) including strategic planning of varieties of organizations. We have designed assessment tools like QIMP (to assess the organizational culture and quality / type of management in the organizations), SHG – level assessment (SHG self reliance and sustainable level), and assessing the self esteem of ground level staff.
